Order preparation
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- A confirmation e-mail is sent once your order and payment have been validated.
- A second e-mail, including your tracking number, is sent to you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery in France
- 2shop direct: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Colissimo domicile without signature: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Chronopost 18: 24 hours after dispatch, delivery before 6pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery within the European Union
- Colissimo international point retrait: 3 to 5 working days depending on the country.
- Colissimo International home delivery with signature: 3 to 5 working days depending on the country.
- Chronopost express: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, delivery before 7pm depending on country.
Deadlines and responsibilities
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to destination and period (sales, holidays, strikes, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

- Delivery charges are fixed and indicated before the order is validated.
- Free delivery for orders over €60 in mainland France.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service department by e-mail (contact@kanissia.com), quoting your order number.
- Return the package with the carrier of your choice, at your expense.
- Please keep the proof of shipment (tracking number).
- As soon as the return has been validated, we will proceed with the refund.
Return acceptance conditions
- Tights must be new, unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, unsealed or tested products cannot be returned or exchanged (art. L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Refund
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned products, and will be made via the original means of payment.
